My story doesn’t begin with titles or numbers. It begins in Lima, Peru, in a family that valued education above all else. That’s where I learned that money wasn’t about power—it was a tool. A tool to create stability, open doors, and build community.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in volunteer work in different countries. During some vacations, I chose to spend time supporting educational and community programs. I donated books, taught children how to use a piggy bank, and, in the process, discovered something deeper: when a young girl understands the value of money, her story changes—and so does her family’s.
That insight turned into purpose. Today, I’m a financial advisor with over 20 years of experience, and I’ve guided more than 1,200 families in organizing, preserving, and giving meaning to their wealth. From complex inheritances to the first emergency fund of a single mother, I’ve learned that every story matters, and every family deserves a plan that honors its roots, values, and vision for the future.
While much of my work involves supporting women in transition, what truly drives me is helping families thrive. It’s within families that habits are shaped, values are passed down, and legacies are built. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in meaningful conversations that lead to thoughtful decisions. I believe in teaching with empathy and planning with intention.
This year, Forbes recognized me as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Peru. But for me, it’s not about power. It’s about using my voice to transform how we think and feel about money. My mission is simple: I want money to stop being a source of fear or conflict, and instead become a positive force in the world.
